Vocational advanced training measure for young employees in France within the framework of the European Union program LEONARDO DA VINCI Placement in Paris with an international consultancy, specializing in the development of computerized evaluation tools for people and organizations. This exciting opportunity gave me first hand experience of working life in another culture and work environment. I learned to adapt to new situations, communicate with a range of people, and was able to practice many of the IT and language skills, which I believe are necessary to work effectively in a professional environment. As a member of this international team (French, Spanish, Algerian and German) I pioneered a French-German partnership between Human Resource consultancies.
